Access to Materials: For PREMIUM, ELITE, FIRM PASS and FIRM PASS PLUS enrollees, you may request shipping of printed course materials when available for distribution and the following requirements are met (i) your account has been paid in full, or (ii) you have enrolled in a monthly installment payment plan and have at least $1,000 paid on your account or (iii) you have confirmed employer billing with BARBRI and your employer. For ELITE and FIRM PASS PLUS enrollees, you may also request your tech package once the above conditions are met. All enrollees will gain access to their BARBRI Bar Review Personal Study Plan (PSP) when available and the above conditions are met.
For ELITE, FIRM PASS and FIRM PASS PLUS enrollees, once the above conditions are met you will receive a separate communication from AdaptiBar with instructions to access the AdaptiBar MBE Simulator and Prep. For PREMIUM, ELITE, FIRM PASS and FIRM PASS PLUS enrollees, once the above conditions are met you will receive a separate communication with instructions to access Critical Pass MBE Flashcards. For FIRM PASS PLUS enrollees, you will receive a separate communication with instructions to access the AdapitBar Writing Guide.

Cancel within Five Days from Enrollment: You may cancel your enrollment before 12:00 a.m. (CDT) on the fifth business day following your enrollment by delivering a written request for cancellation to service@barbri.com and receive a full refund of all payments made less the value of any tech stipend or other promotion items received promotional received, if any, as long as the physical bar review materials have not been received, or bar review course online access has not been provided.

Cancel after Five Days from Enrollment: If physical bar review materials have not been received, or bar review course online access has not been provided, you may cancel your enrollment and receive a refund of all monies paid less your non-refundable registration fee and any promotional gift cards received, if any, by delivering a written request for cancellation to service@barbri.com. You may not cancel your enrollment once physical bar review materials have been received or course online access has been provided.

Initial tuition payment: If, through a BARBRI promotion, you secured your BARBRI Bar Review tuition price with a non-refundable registration fee of up to $295, an additional payment of $200 is due 60 days after enrollment for 2025 enrollees or by September 1 before your bar review course start date for 2026 and 2027 enrollees.

You may cancel your enrollment before 12:00 a.m. (CDT) on the fourteenth day following your enrollment by delivering a written request for cancellation to service@barbri.com and receive a refund of payments made less $295. If physical bar review materials have been received, they must be returned by postal service at your expense to BARBRI before the refund will be processed.

You may cancel your enrolment within 14 days of invoice receipt by delivering a written request for cancellation to ukstudentservices@barbri.com and receive a refund of payments. If hardcopy course materials have been received, they must be returned by postal service at your own cost to a BARBRI office before the refund will be processed.

If you do not pass the SQE1 on your first attempt, you may repeat your course once, for no additional fee. You can join any SQE1 Prep course, offered by BARBRI within 12 months of the results date. The BARBRI Guarantee does not include any upgrades, including supplemental workshops or a new set of books.

If you do not pass the SQE2 on your first attempt, you may repeat your course once, joining any SQE2 Prep course offered by BARBRI within 12 months of the results date, for no additional fee, provided you have: attended >70% of your tutor practice feedback sessions; completed >70% of the SQE2 Prep Course assigned via your Personal Study Plan; and undertaken the simulated assessments. The BARBRI Guarantee does not include any upgrades.

If paying for your own course via a payment plan, an instalment administration fee of £149 will apply. Your fees will be split equally over the agreed timescale depending on course length. The instalment administration fee will be payable with your first instalment. If you enrol in the same month that the course starts, your first instalment payment is also due before you gain access to the course.

BARBRI will securely hold your card details in your BARBRI account until the payment plan is complete, in order to debit your card directly on the 1st of each month, or the closest working day if the 1st falls on a weekend or public holiday.

Law Preview Terms and Conditions
Please carefully read these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) before using this website (the “BARBRI Law Preview Site”). By accessing, using, or downloading materials from the BARBRI Law Preview Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the BARBRI Law Preview Site.
BARBRI is the owner of the BARBRI Law Preview Site. The BARBRI Law Preview Site contains information, including, without limitation, all text, graphics, photographs, graphs, sounds, data, images, audio, video, page headers, software (including HTML and other scripts), buttons, and other icons, and the arrangement and compilation of this information (collectively, the “Information”) that is either owned or licensed by BARBRI.
Portions of the BARBRI Law Preview Site may be made available only to persons who have registered and who have been issued a username and/or password or other positive identifiers by BARBRI Law Preview (“Registered Users”). Only Registered Users are authorized to access the restricted portions of the BARBRI Law Preview Site. Your use of the BARBRI Law Preview Site and access to the Information contained therein is expressly conditioned upon your agreement that all such access and use shall be governed by all of the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions. In addition, access to certain areas of the BARBRI Law Preview may also be governed by other terms and conditions. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and those necessary to access restricted portions of the BARBRI Law Preview Site, the ones governing the restricted portions of the BARBRI Law Preview Site will govern your access to such areas and any transactions conducted while in such restricted areas, and these Terms and Conditions will apply where there is not a conflicting provision. In addition, you hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:
1. License Grant
BARBRI Law Preview grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the BARBRI Law Preview Site. You may download, view, copy, and print the Information incorporated into this BARBRI Law Preview Site solely for your personal, non-commercial use. The Information may not be transferred, shared with, or disseminated with anyone for any purpose that is inconsistent with the purpose of the BARBRI Law Preview Site, to facilitate unfair competition with the BARBRI Law Preview Site, or for any purpose that is inappropriate or unlawful under applicable United States and international law. Such license will terminate when you no longer have access to or use the BARBRI Law Preview Site. We reserve the right to change or make corrections to the operation of, or any information available on the BARBRI Law Preview Site at any time and without prior notice.
2. Restrictions
Notwithstanding the foregoing license grant, you may not resell, redistribute, broadcast, or transfer the Information or use the Information in a searchable, machine-readable database or file except through the authorized access to the BARBRI Law Preview Site. Unless separately and specifically authorized in writing by BARBRI Law Preview, you may not rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, transfer, copy, reproduce, publicly display, publish, adapt, modify, create derivative works, store, or time-share the BARBRI Law Preview Site, any part thereof, or any of the Information received or accessed therefrom to or through any other person or entity. You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from your infringement of any copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, or any other harm caused by your use of the BARBRI Law Preview Site or Information.
3. Cancellation
You may no longer cancel your enrollment once you have access to any online course content.
4. Refund
At the sole discretion of BARBRI no refunds will be allowed. BARBRI reserves the right to refuse a refund if the user is found to be in violation of this agreement or acting against BARBRI’s interest. If you breach any terms of this agreement, BARBRI may, at its sole discretion, terminate this agreement, your access to the site, and its provision of service to you without refund. BARBRI reserves the right to seek all remedies available.
5. Payment
You agree to pay BARBRI in full by credit card/debit or other payment acceptable to BARBRI for your access to our products and services. You agree to pay all fees, plus applicable tax for any purchase you make. If your payment method is declined and you receive access to our product and services, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us. If you have not yet received access to our products and services, we may cancel your order. You authorize us to charge the payment method we have on file, regardless of whether the information associated with such payment method has changed, including but not limited to the expiration date of a credit card. You authorize BARBRI to charge your credit card/debit card in accordance with the amount due at the time you enrolled.

6. Termination
We may terminate, change, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the BARBRI Law Preview Site or service at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the BARBRI Law Preview Site or service if we believe you are in breach of these Terms or applicable law, you are an infringer of intellectual property rights, or for any other reason without notice of liability.
7. Linking
You may not link, upload, post or transmit any illegal, obscene, offensive, or otherwise inappropriate material to the BARBRI Law Preview Site. Furthermore, you may not use any of BARBRI Law Preview's proprietary logos, marks, or other distinctive graphics, video, or audio material in your links, without the BARBRI Law Preview's express written permission, which BARBRI Law Preview may withhold in its sole discretion. You may not link in any manner reasonably likely to (i) imply affiliation with or endorsement or sponsorship by BARBRI Law Preview; (ii) cause confusion, mistake, or deception; (iii) dilute BARBRI Law Preview's trademarks or service marks; or 4) otherwise violate state or federal law. These links are provided for informational purposes only, and BARBRI Law Preview does not sponsor or affiliate with any linked entity unless expressly stated. 10. Password Disclosure
If, at any time, you are issued a username and/or password or other positive identifiers of the user issued and authorized by BARBRI Law Preview and you learn or suspect that such identifiers have been disclosed or otherwise made known to any person other than yourself, you agree to immediately change your password to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
11. Exclusions of Warranties
You acknowledge and agree that no warranties of any kind are made with respect to the BARBRI Law Preview Site, BARBRI Law Preview Lectures, BARBRI, BARBRI Law Preview Mobile Apps, BARBRI Law Preview Information or other sites. Furthermore, you acknowledge that the Information and links provided through the BARBRI Law Preview Site are compiled from sources beyond the control of BARBRI Law Preview. For instance, we collect information that you submit as part of your participation in the course, that you include in messages to BARBRI Law Preview, that you provide in surveys, or provide in other interactive experiences on the BARBRI Law Preview Site. You agree that BARBRI Law Preview can use your unless you request that your information not be used in such a manner. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details.
When you access content in our website, we collect information, including, but not limited to, information about the lectures you watch online, the test questions you complete, your performance on practice tests, and your progress toward full completion of all course assignments. Information concerning your usage of our site and your progress using our study materials (“Course Performance Information”) may be disclosed to third parties such as educational institutions, professors, and product development partners for a variety of purposes, including, but not limited to, analysis and for the development of new products and services. To the extent an educational institution (e.g., your law school) collects and maintains Course Performance Information, that information may be considered an educational record under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (“FERPA”), 20 USC 1232g. If so, you may have certain rights of access and confidentiality as to those educational records, if any, as a student of that institution. By accessing and using BARBRI Law Preview services, you consent to allow free exchange of Course Performance Information between BARBRI Law Preview and your educational institution.
16. Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without reference to any conflict of law principles. Further, any such claim or cause of action shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, and you agree to submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts and hereby appoint the Secretary of State of Texas as your agent for service of process. You agree to waive any objection that the state or federal courts of Dallas County, Texas, are an inconvenient forum.
17. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL BARBRI LAW PREVIEW OR ITS EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS OR CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE OR MULTIPLE DAMAGES OF ANY KIND.
18. Limitation of Claims
Any action on any claim against BARBRI Law Preview must be brought by the user within one (1) year following the date the claim first accrued or shall be deemed waived.
19. Severability
Whenever possible, each provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted in such manner as to be effective and valid under applicable law, but if any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be prohibited or invalid under applicable law, such provision shall be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or invalidity without invalidating the remainder of such provision or the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions. Any unenforceable provision will be replaced by a mutually acceptable provision which comes closest to the intention of the parties at the time the original provision was agreed upon.

The Information is protected by contract law and various intellectual property laws, including domestic and international copyright laws. Except as permitted in these Terms and Conditions, you may not copy, adapt, distribute, commercially exploit, or publicly display the Information or any portion thereof in any manner whatsoever without BARBRI Law Preview's prior written consent. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, legal or proprietary notices in or on any portions of the Information. 21. Notice and Procedure for Copyright Infringement Claime
BARBRI Law Preview, pursuant to 17 U.S.C. Section 512 as amended by Title II of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the “Act”), reserves the right, but not the obligation, to terminate your use the BARBRI Law Preview Site or Information if it determines in its sole and absolute discretion that you are involved in infringing activity, including alleged acts of first-time or repeat infringement, regardless of whether the material or activity is ultimately determined to be infringing. BARBRI Law Preview accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to protect their materials. In addition, pursuant to 17 U.S.C. 1L Success
PAYMENT INFORMATION: The total financial obligation of the course is due and payable prior to the start date of the course or prior to receipt of any printed or online course materials, whichever comes first. Note that this enrollment does NOT enroll you in a BARBRI bar review course, nor does it lock in your bar review tuition. If your state's course includes written materials, you may choose to have those materials shipped to you for an additional shipping and handling fee.
COPYRIGHT: You acknowledge that BARBRI owns all rights, title and interest in and to all lectures and course materials, all of which are protected by copyright laws and shall not be shared, sold, copied, recorded or reproduced by you by any means for any purpose.
ASSIGNMENT: You may not assign this contract or any of your rights hereunder.
DEFAULT: If you default on any part or all of your obligations arising from this contract, you are liable for all losses suffered by BARBRI in connection with such default, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and court costs. BARBRI also reserves the right to terminate your enrollment for any reason, and to report any violations to your state bar association and/or other professional associations in which you may be a member.
DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BARBRI MAKES NO WARRANTY OR REPRESENTATION AS TO THE SUITABILITY OR QUALITY OF ITS SERVICES OR MATERIALS AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY FOR ANYTHING DONE OR OMITTED IN RELIANCE UPON ITS SERVICES OR MATERIALS. YOU SHALL HAVE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY FOR FULFILLING ANY REQUIREMENTS OR ACCOMPLISHING ANY OBJECTIVES FOR WHICH YOU PURCHASED ANY OF BARBRI'S SERVICES OR MATERIALS. PAYMENT INFORMATION: You may register for the next upcoming BARBRI MPRE review course at no charge. Note that this enrollment does NOT enroll you in a BARBRI bar review course, nor does it lock in your bar review tuition. You may pick up a copy of the MPRE materials at the BARBRI table at your law school, or have it shipped to you for an additional shipping and handling fee.
COURSE LOCATION: Locations are subject to availability and depend upon sufficient student interest. Seating may be limited. Location reservations are processed in the order of receipt.
TRANSFERABILITY: You may transfer your MPRE review course enrollment to a different BARBRI jurisdiction by contacting the BARBRI office administering your course.
