Technical Requirements

Google Chrome is our suggested internet browser for using BARBRI.com. If you are using a Mac please download Google Chrome or Safari for the best experience. If you are using a PC please download Google Chrome for the best experience.

High-speed Internet access, such as DSL, cable, or T-1, is required. Download bandwidth of 3Mbps or higher is recommended (you can test here). The quality of the video stream can be impacted by the volume of Internet traffic at the time of transmission or by ISP service issues. BARBRI is unable to control ISP or internet traffic issues and recommends that along with working with BARBRI Customer Service, you consider contacting your ISP as part of internet troubleshooting steps.

Pop-Up Blockers

If you have pop-up blockers installed, you may need to disable them to use the BARBRI LMS. Please check the documentation in your pop-up blocker for instructions on how to disable it.

If you experience technical problems after disabling your pop-up blocker, please contact BARBRI Technical Support by phone at 1-877-385-6238 or by email at techsupport@barbri.com.

Note: If you choose to disable pop-up blocking on a site-by-site basis (sometimes called "white listing"), some business and professional content provided by third-party partners may continue to be blocked on www.barbri.com. In this situation, you may need to disable your pop-up blocker completely to view BARBRI content.
