Most vehicles associated with Amazon are driven not by direct employees of Amazon but by Amazon's DSPs: companies that are not owned by Amazon, but that exclusively handle Amazon deliveries. When accidents occur, Amazon disclaims vicarious responsibility or direct negligence.
