This CLE webinar will provide an update on the business immigration landscape after the election. The panel will analyze the potential changes to immigration laws, regulations, and policies under the new administration and new composition of Congress post-election.
Faculty

Ms. Fallon provides strategic immigration counsel, and develops and implements efficient processes for clients in the financial, architectural, technology, engineering, sports, fashion and non-profit industries, among many others. She advises human resources and global mobility leads on all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories and immigration compliance to help the companies meet their talent objectives across all jurisdictions. Ms. Fallon also advises clients on family-based permanent resident applications.

Ms. Morowitz leads Fragomen’s U.S. Legal Strategy and Knowledge group, which is responsible for monitoring and analyzing federal, state and international immigration law developments; providing guidance on complex legal issues; and liaising with government agencies and Congress on complex cases and policy matters. She also directs the firm’s U.S. legal training program and is executive editor of the Fragomen Global Business Immigration Handbook, an analysis of the immigration laws and procedures of the world’s major business destinations.
