Description
On Nov. 30, 2022, Open AI publicly released ChatGPT. Since then, generative AI has been one of the hottest new topics in the legal industry. Without question, this is technology that no company--nor legal professional--can afford to ignore.
Nonetheless, some reports of attorneys imminently being replaced by robots and AI have been exaggerated--just as they were over a decade ago when the first generation of "AI" tools were introduced. The types of data and the quantity of data have not remained constant but have exploded during that time. The tools human attorneys need to manage, protect, and use in this ever-expanding universe of data have matured and will continue to do so.
Listen as this premier panel of e-discovery counsel including the chair of the EDRM Project Trustees takes attendees beyond the hype and shares strategies and best practices for using AI tools now and in the future.
