Status Update

The digital bookshelf is once again available. Today's outage was caused by a disruption of the VitalSource upstream cloud provider, which has been resolved.

There is a service disruption impacting the online bookshelf in the BARBRI platform. This disruption is related to widespread issues with Google Cloud Provider.

For customers working in their Personal Study Plan, we recommend using hard copy books, if available, or proceeding to practice multiple-choice questions that do not rely on the digital bookshelf.

We are actively monitoring the status of Vital Source and Google Cloud Provider, and we will provide updates here as they become available. 

 

The Barbri website is available.

If you are experiencing any issues logging in, there are a few things you can try:

  • Utilize Forgot Password on the Sign In Page.

  • Have an account that was created prior to September 2022? Use the username that you used to create your account instead of an email address. The Forgot Password process will not change your username
